By accessing or using the Alpha Quant Pro software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Software.

2. Nature of Service

Alpha Quant Pro is a data analysis and processing tool designed for the MetaTrader platform. It provides statistical calculations, historical data verification, and automated data processing based on user-defined parameters.

IMPORTANT: IMPORTANT: The Software is NOT a financial service, investment advisor, or fund manager. It does not hold custody of funds. You are purchasing a software license, not an investment product.

3. User Responsibility

You acknowledge that financial markets involve significant risk. The Software processes data automatically, but you retain full responsibility for:

• Configuring analysis parameters.
• Monitoring the software's performance.
• Ensuring your hardware/VPS environment is stable.

Alpha Quant Pro is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of this tool.

4. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal internal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the binary files.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license immediately without notice if you are found to be violating these Terms (e.g., piracy, unauthorized distribution).
